June TBR!

I almost never make an official TBR list, because I read on the whims of what I currently feel. So having a set list of books usually doesn't work out. BUT they are still fun to make and maybe it will help me. SO you know what, I'm just going to go ahead and do it.

This is just a reference list, as I can guarantee I will read books this month that are not on this list. There's a bunch of new releases coming up that I'm super excited for.

Love and Other Perishable ItemsThe Other Normals The Great GatsbyBlack City (Black City, #1)
Notorious Nineteen (Stephanie Plum, #19)The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, #1)The Madman's Daughter (The Madman's Daughter, #1)The Song of Achilles
InvisibilityThat SummerDreamlandThe Night Circus
That's all I'm going to put on my list. If I manage to read all these that would be amazing. There's also some graphic novels I'm going to read. I need to work on one of my personal book challenges, which was to read 50 books I owned prior to January 1st.  ALSO, I challenged myself to read 5 classics this year....yeah..about that..
I've actually just finished Love and Other Perishable Items and I ended up being pleasantly surprised and really liked it! In fact, I'll probably buy a copy of it (read a library copy)!  I've just started The Other Normals.  I'm coming off reading Ready Player One, which is why I picked that one up.
TBR over and out.

  1. Great tbr. I can't wait until July so I could finally start reading some books and forget about school :) I've been really curious about Black City it looks really great and I love the cover! Will have to check it out soon. Also, I've been meaning to read The Great Gatsby for a while now, especially now that the movie's out. Have you seen it yet? Good luck with your tbr!

    Happy reading, I'm a new follower :)

    1. Well hello! Hi! Welcome! Thanks for following :) I haven't seen the movie The Great Gatsby yet because I wanted to read the book first...yeah...I'm not sure me forcing myself to read some classics was such a good idea..haha. They are quite daunting to me. Black City I actually just finished reading yesterday and it left me disappointed. But I agree the cover is pretty sweet! Thanks for stopping by !

  2. Awesome picks for your TBR :D. I've read two of them (The Great Gatsby and the Madman's Daughter) both of which weren't really great. Hope you enjoy them better then me :D.
Also heard amazing things about the Night Circus, can't wait to hear your thoughts on that one :D.
    Happy June reading :)

    1. Hi! I've just started reading The Madman's Daughter...I like it so far, but I'm only about 25 pages in. And speaking from experience I know I can't judge a book based on the first couple chapters! (Or even the first half..haha). I've also heard people rave about The Night Circus. I've had that book for like 2 years or something now..it's about time I actually read it :)
      Thanks for the comment!
